Why Make Honey Mustard From Scratch?

Honey mustard is one of the easiest condiments to make at home. There’s no cooking involved and you only need a bowl and a whisk. Making it yourself also means you can adjust the balance of honey and mustard until it tastes exactly how you like it and you avoid all the other unnecessary ingredients!

The mayonnaise gives the sauce its creamy base, while yellow mustard adds tang and honey balances everything with sweetness. A little vinegar brightens the sauce and keeps it from tasting too heavy.
